AbuHassan1992 766
It's not only that. Those photos for Vanity Fair where she was naked and simulating masturbation.... This is more like selling your music through the s-x, like it has no power by itself. Why do you think I've liked seeing her ass previously? And it's not that she's provocatively dressed, it's just "Here's my ass, buy my song." have you even heard what the title of the song is? It's meant to be tounge-in-cheek
Dominic 11,922
so all masterpiece paintings that have frames all look the same? As much as i'm a dedicated advocate of the BAM I highly doubt you can call this cover a masterpiece. It all boils down to sales, if she sticks to the same formula with her covers (all having the frame) the general buyer is going to find it a struggle to differentiate between each and therefore less likely to sell. Each needs to be different and tailored for the photograph/art and i'm afraid the frame doesn't match the cover at all and should be gotten rid. :reductive: The hardest thing in this world is to live in it

RAMROD 108,333
Drag the women for showing a piece of ass but when it comes to men ya'll drooling for it like hungry hyenas! God forbid Gaga do anything anymore without getting some nasty sass from her own stan base. And when she's prove you wrong, again, ya'll acting like nothing happen. What predictable game you put on. It's because this place is full of immature children. The maturity level here is lacking in general you can't take half of the things that get posted here seriously. If you do you will just go crazy. She seems a bit desperate. What happened to this? ''My album covers aren't s-xual at all, which was an issue at my record label. I fought for months, and I cried at meetings.'' ''And the last thing a young woman needs is another picture of a s-xy pop star writhing in the sand, covered in grease, touching herself." http://www.elle.com/pop-culture/cover-shoots/lady-gaga-3 I'd hardly call her album cover s-xual It's a sculpture of her with a big blue ball clearly covering her vag. Her point with that statement was that she didn't want to sell her albums because people look at the cover and say, "Omg, she's so s-xy *buys album*." And I don't think anyone would think of doing that by looking at the album cover haha. Secondly, DWYW sounds like a song about people abusing and/or using her body for their own means. So it makes sense. They can't use her body anymore since she's put it out their herself. I think it's a statement that fits nicely with the song. That doesn't make really sense to me, cause its her first Album Cover where she is naked on it, so it would indeed mean "look at me, im naked, by me"
