For Do What U Want, it's a double attack on the men who have "used" her in the past, as well as the media and public scrutiny of her image, her BODY. The lyrics go, "You can't have my heart / And you won't use my mind / But you can do what you want with my body." So for the cover image, she's literally giving you what you wanted in the first place. It's self-empowering in a new-age feminist way, because it is her own choice to use her own body like that, instead of people cruelly taking it from her. Her alluring derriere is served to you on a platter - so what are you going to do about it? But at the same time, don't fool yourself - her mind and heart remains intact, and you won't have either of those. If she continues to use the frame for each single cover I feel they will start to lack a sense of uniqueness and will look a little too similar. so all masterpiece paintings that have frames all look the same?
