Sticking with the "every icon, shape shifter" theme that she's been doing in V Mag covers and then in VMA performance? Shes not really birthing it; her face is facing the camera with her legs opened and arms/hands rested on them. To block the awkward, thats where the koons ball is. Is she actually giving birth/have her legs open? I couldn't imagine Koons having the ability to make a sculpture of that, just based on the laws of physics, and from a commercial standpoint, I mean the cover is like all over iTunes...and billboards???
