There were 18k hardcore fans who bought DWUW on iTunes BEFORE the pre-order effect - which made Gaga go from 0,5304 and Lorde from 1.0000 to 1.0000 and 0.3696 respectively - and most likely 50%+ of them had already pre-ordered ARTPOP. 3. The rest of the downloads are not all individual purchases, look at 1.
