I don't think he can, because If there were no pre orders, the people that now have pre ordered, would've just bought the song you know ... I''m so happy she went #1 on iTunes. but ouch at the last update she falling faster than bieber well after 90k pre orders, It's natural to start falling If she was still getting green updates.. this means that she'd sell 150k at least by the end of the day And I think that this pre order boost is a perfect "banner" they can wait a little more and then put real banners which will just help the song have more longevity ... The song sky rocketed to number 1 with the pre orders, now wait till It starts falling and then put banners ...
