Americano 31,061
In the UK, radio is EXTREMELY important. I remember when S&S got dropped from Radio 1 A List the song started to PLUMMET. Yup. Gaga was Top 10 in UK for most of the chart run until Radio 1 dropped her, and now... welp. lol
Jesse Pinkman 4,660
Marry the Night except it was 13 minuets long & she possibly got an abortion & poured Cheerios all over herself :awkney: It's science, bitch
Americano 31,061
inb4 Applause settles at #10 on iTunes, and Gaga decides to take our promo single idea so it falls to #11. Then plunges to #24 while her promo single steals the Top 10 exposure, before also falling victim to the devil of dark red updates. Product = Nothing in the Top 10. Marco 731
I hope Gaga exploits her body more this era, its amazing why not use it for success? I agree. She has one of the best bodies in the business tbh.

Mills 446
Well, she's booked for X Factor according to those (seemingly strong) rumors. Only issue is, if it's not until November, I can only imagine the despair the era could be in by that even arrives. You know how the UK can be with promo and momentum. Just BTW not going #1 already haunted her for BTW era in terms of momentum. I dont want that to happen again.. That worries me too. She really hasn't dominated the chart in the UK since TFM. Would an advanced release of a second single there and elsewhere, excluding the US, make wonder for her? Well, at least a week apart from its US release? If we want to gain momentum worldwide asap, would this work at all or not?

Arturo 40,746
Dark Horse #5 now. It's falling No. She should do the opposite. Release it everywhere except the UK for 2 weeks. It keeps working for every other star. Yup. She always has to make things "fair" for everyone and release it at the same time. She should have let her radio power build up for like 4 weeks then release Applause

They picked up songs quickly, even play them before release, but don't hang onto them forever when they decline. Applause was top 10 airplay weeks before the US. Probably next single will do the same.
Marco 731
Why does Katy have an audio on YouTube for Walking On Air but not Dark Horse?
Jesse Pinkman 4,660
I agree. She has one of the best bodies in the business tbh. Gaga hasn't shown her body off in a flattering way since TFM era, in glad Shea starting again. Her ass is just :legend: It's science, bitch

If he cannot pull a 700K opening, I doubt anyone could do this year, even Eminem. But kudos to him for outselling his last album. At least it implies that his core fanbase has grown. Let's see the sales projections for ARTPOP in the coming weeks. I'd also take closely to Prism's numbers as well since hers could most likely be closer to Gaga's (whether higher or lower).
