I think gaga will be 4 but really hope she can get 3 thanks to streaming from the video. The chorus is a mess; the listener can't understand what she's saying without looking up the lyrics. This awful because the chorus is supposed to be easiest / catchiest part of the song, and the verses are just whack. The impact date doesn't really matter because the song was added to almost all radio stations on the week of 8/12. The impact date would have mattered this week if it was released on time (8/19).
