Nick 29
Even with all this competition, Applause is still managing to sell close to 200K and be midstream in the top 10. Pretty good if you ask me. It's stability  Is this the most stable a Gaga single has ever performed?
Klou 2,414
I'm doubting we'll get any strong new info tomorrow. I'm assuming she's doing it just for radio support.
pie-kun 1,765
thatd be random too unless it were being released imminently. the fact shes flying tho and not just calling in makes me think she has more plans in LA though Music video shoot perhaps? chris777 112
It's stability  Is this the most stable a Gaga single has ever performed? TF and TFM singles and TEOG disagree. and it hasn't pass BTW weeks on the top 10 yet. We'll see
Klou 2,414
It's stability  Is this the most stable a Gaga single has ever performed? Well TEOG was pretty stable, but I would say a definite "yes" since Bad Romance.
albert 108
I'm excited for Dark Horse. I hope it smashes even though it's not an official single. Snippet sounds so much better than roar.

I would think that, but she already interviewed with KIIS once. so its not like she didnt push it on them already lol. Applause, to me, feels like dejavu with Edge of Glory. Steady in US, hit in SOME international markets, etc. but nothing to write home about about mega-smashing. TEOG was obvs a bit bigger tho
Nick 29
What if the slow yet steady success of Applause is what the public prefers? Gaga singles are usually short-lived, but while they're active, they're in your face 24/7 and people get annoyed by it. Do you guys think the public likes the "slow and steadyGa" better than "SlayForAMonthAndThenPeakGa" ?
Arturo 40,746
Except KIIS loves to kiss ass first week. I heard Applause like twice a day every day of the week on KIIS the week of its release. Granted, I don't listen to radio 24/7. They're kissing WorkB's ass too. Watch, next week WorkB will be getting like 2 spins a day lol
Americano 31,061
I dont think they care either way. I think the more gradual rise is attributed to radio moreso than Gaga herself

I feel like they want Gaga to completely kiss their ass. I'd be so angry if I were her. Well anyway, I am definitely hoping we get some exciting news, but I'm not holding my breath. Shes not even in the Top 10 of their ratethemusic advisory board tho so i think that might be why its getting no spins

Alchemist 0
Did BTW have much competition on the iTunes charts though?

I think the more gradual rise is attributed to radio moreso than Gaga herself I think it does have a BIT to do with the song though, since it's not super gutsy and more of a "safe choice." I don't think they can tell the difference. As far as they're concerned, Applause is a hit. Except in yours, mine, and Klou's cities
