The clue is that "Applause - The Remixes" hasn't been released yet...which usually occurs towards the back end of a single era. In fact, a RELEASE DATE for the remix album hasn't even been announced! If the era were ending soon, the remixes would already be out by now. During a popularity value update, the top 75 are being ranked acc. to their growth and are divided in 5 colors as categories. The least growers are in dark red and the strogest growers are in green. That means during that time that all the top 5 are in red, some songs are better growers ,thus, affecting their colors. "A little less conversation and a little more touch my body."
