TropicOfCANCER 6,292
It seems like when you pre order, you get Applause obviously, and that counts as a sale, but that counts as a sale for the Apllause that is #66 on iTunes....if you buy the single song, it gets counted for the Applause that is #2....if you buy the single and then pre order I guess you don't get two copies of applause, but if you pre order first, you get a sale for #66 not #2 oh okay! that's what i kind of figured! stacey 0
I think this thread should be called Chart Positions or something and update the original post... so it's about all countries (once all are available).
Guille 868
Where do you see it as number 2? According to this http://kworb.net/pop/ it is still number 3. Which one is the most reliable? Check the US iTunes Store charts ;) That's the most realiable thing
TropicOfCANCER 6,292
where are you all getting the sales data from????? http://www.digitalsalesdata.com/diydsd.php?Region=143441 considering the amount of time each song has been available, gaga is doing really well. she's sold 30k in about 9 hours, while katy has sold about 80k in 24 hours
Gerrard174 513
Well, Roar is available WW and Applause not. Thats why Roar haves 50k more sales then Applause atm We just have to wait for it to be available WW, buy the sh*t of it and make it to no.1 everywhere! stop it. this is the US chart discussion the sales data is tracking US itunes only. WW number will be much bigger
mrlemon 577
Never. XD Well good thing I live in America then Gaga, Ke$ha, and Ava
AnglerfishbraBENUS 5,710
ITs number 2 on itunes, number 3 on other sites. Its neck and neck with Blurred Lines. I don't think its gonna pass KAty Perry anytime soon if at all If she didn't release her song it would be number one guaranteed
Urban 9
Katy is biggest in America, whereas I think Gaga is bigger in Europe and Asia, so once Applause goes worldwide it'll sell much better
Doogi 1,372
I don't understand why it wasn't released worldwide from the beginning?? Someone explain that to me please? I'm Chloe. Except the C and the L are silent.
hijadeputa 3,646
I hope so, but I really hope Applause can get biggest in America too Katy is biggest in America, whereas I think Gaga is bigger in Europe and Asia, so once Applause goes worldwide it'll sell much better
Urban 9
I don't understand why it wasn't released worldwide from the beginning?? Someone explain that to me please? I guess since it was rush-released they didn't have everything that they needed ready. It's not much of an explanation, but thats what I think. The whole situation is such a mess. I got one copy of Applause, and there are two in my music library, like what?
