If it would have been just another promo pic, she wouldn't + the haus wouldn't ask us to remove it as much as possible. I'm actually legitimately questioning whether it's meant to be the album cover. She rarely asks for us to not spread leaked images. I mean, it's very unlikely, but it was the first thing that crossed my mind when she posted this, so..
