And regardless of his alcohol levels, he shouldn't have been drinking in the first place. The law is to help protect us, not for people to call "silly" or "stupid." It's a law. Millions of people download illegal music/videos but the law states that you shouldn't. Um Justin Bieber is under 21 so it really doesn't matter what his BAC was. as much as it seems silly it's still illegal.
