The festival is for the whole album launch not just one song, that would be stupid. But US artists tend to drop 1 - 3 singles before an entire album drops. She would have a full week to chart? This timeframe would suggest the following: August 25th - 27th lead single + performance at VMAs September 30th Apple debuts ARTPOP app + performance of select tracks from the album to close out the festival.
