This instrumental actually doesn't sound too far off from the actual song, in terms of tone. I remember hearing this instrumental some time in 2012 and thought it was cool how they guessed somewhat correctly.

As for the mashup, cool idea, but I think the execution is a bit odd sometimes. Interesting listen though!
