In all honesty though, I'm not getting my hopes up high, but I can't help the fact that it's going to coincide with the June 29th ARTPOP release date, even if that date was a mistake to begin with. She's been gone for so long, she might as well announce her comeback now. After making Born This Way, it would be thematically perfect to announce the next album at a celebration of gay pride, for what it signifies towards homos-xuality with the victory of DOMA & Prop 8 This Week. it would be perfect timing to drop a Pop record.
