I don't buy that she just know recently excuse. The music video was everywhere. Not only are none of the images close enough to begin with, some of them have much more clear reference points (as somebody else noted, the facial prosthetics much more likely came from the McQueen show, and we KNOW Gaga had a great admiration for and close working relationship with McQueen). Whoever this person is, she cant sue Gaga with respect to those three "works" cause they arent "works." Just trying to make a name for herself and she is going to lose like the rest.
