The 'A' Button are standard attacks while your 'B' Button is your characters specials. To execute attacks, press the direction you want to attack in and Press A or B. Depending on which direction youre pushing, will pull of different attacks. Ex: For Mario: Holding Down and 'A' will do a sweepinging kick, while pressing Up and A will do a small uppercut. 'L' Grabs the opponents and press a direction with the control stick to throw them in that direction. 'R' Creates a Shield on your character that dwindles over time and if it's being hit. and 'X/Y' to Jump.
