I think Selena's 'Stars Dance' is likely to be #1 next week. Magna Carta already fell to 128 000 copies so she may only need to sell 100k.

She's able to sell that amount, right?

It will probably fall by about another 40%, which would place Magna Carta around 79K this week. Hopefully Selena can sell more than that.

True Love passing by all the lessors on radio! It should crack the Top 200 today. I wish RCA would give it a banner. It would probably shoot right up if it had one.

To all of the Selena fans... Stars Dance is on track to debut at #1.

YOUR NEW RELEASES: Hollywood's Selena Gomez will have her very first #1 debut on next week's chart. That should entitle her to a cake or something, right? Here are this week's key debuts:

Selena Gomez (Hollywood) 95-105k

Marc Anthony (Sony Music Latin) 30-35k

Rich Gang (Cash Money/Republic) 18-21k

Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros (Vagrant) 16-19k

We Came As Romans (Equal Vision) 14-17k

The Rolling Stones (Virgin) 12-15k

Meanwhile, the debuts at UMPG's Santa Monica offices include SuperCottonMouth, Stoned as a Newt and Ninja Brain Death. (7/24p)

Miley is flopping now...

It's at #3 on iTunes. I don't consider that flopping

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE – Take Back The Night: 49.176 (+ 2.492)
MILEY CYRUS – We Can’t Stop: 46.601 (+ 0.247)

Everyone who says radio isn't fu*ked up is delusional, sorry. You think people aren't requesting Miley's songs? You think people aren't requesting Gaga's songs? Who the hell requests JT's songs?

Justin has much broader public appeal than Miley and, unlike her, appeals to the audiences of several different radio formats. This isn't really surprising.

No one is interested in that song, though.
