bingo wings 0
Will any of the pop girls scan 5plat (single) in their next era? I really doubt it. Single sales have been so ****ty lately.
Americano 31,061
.Hopefully Gaga already had her struggle with MTN. That seems to be what kicked it off.  The public is just not into them right now.. But a lot of the songs from the pop girls have been **** lately too.  Gaga is likely the next one up, so I guess we'll find out soon...Will any of the pop girls scan 5plat (single) in their next era? I really doubt it. Single sales have been so ****ty lately.  I think Katy or Gaga may with their lead singles, but after that no
bingo wings 0
Wait I forgot about the new RIAA formula mess. Well then change it to 5.000.000 copies.
Mills 446
Will any of the pop girls scan 5plat (single) in their next era? I really doubt it. Single sales have been so ****ty lately. I'm betting on Katy Perry, at least one, preferably her lead single. With the kind of success Teenage Dream had, I could imagine the kind of pressure (and determination) on her label to outdo the singles of TD or at least match its success in the singles sales department. Otherwise, it would be viewed as a chart failure.  It's hard to say the same for Gaga. A 4x platinum hit would be extremely huge for her. Same goes with Beyonce and Britney.
Klou 2,414
Clarity is at #12 without The Voice tracks and John Mayer. It seems to have lost the top 10 effect due to those songs cluttering the top 20.

bingo wings 0
I think for Gaga, her sound needs to be more Americanized for that to happen since she doesn't have Rihanna's radio power (not that even Kety has it). If her single is too EDM, it will sell more outside than Us than inside the us. It will be a monster hit regardless :legend:Same with Katy too. I kissed a girl was huge, but it pales inside the US compared to many of her hits. Edited June 19, 2013 by bingo wings

Americano 31,061
And we still have that Robin Thicke whoever outselling everyone by 5000% Â One one hit wonder after another. The cycle never ends.
