ryhanna 3,507
What would be the best option for Ke$ha - Another Warrior single, or rush to release new material? She's got some hard times ahead of her either way. I hope I Need Your love rises a little more. It's better than the entire current itunes top 10. Ozzy8923 9
Well, the year anniversary of Warrior is in December, she can pop out a CD before then.

She's got some hard times ahead of her either way. I hope I Need Your love rises a little more. It's better than the entire current itunes top 10. Neither in my opinion. Last Goodbye would be an excellent single choice for reasons that have already been argued into the ground. I don't know if RCA would ever do that, which is here the problem lies. Her best option to me would be to go somewhere and do something that actually makes her want to write music. These 1 month deadlines RCA is putting on Ke$ha are just ridiculous. Both Cannibal and Warrior were finished in under a month. After watching her show and some interviews, I've gathered that she isn't one to turn out quality under pressure. Not to mention that these due dates are silly and that there are a thousand other labels such as Interscope that would most likely receive her creative insight with open arms. So basically she needs to spend some actual time finding some inspiration to turn out the type of work that people will love again. She loves how the songs on Warrior turned out, but she was sort of being forced to write the album. That can't happen this next time.
RabbitHeart 793
Can we talk about this slay-worthy song? It's music video just came out and it's only at #158 on iTunes but they've had at least one top ten and one top twenty from each of their previous albums and their current album has neither. I was really hoping this can be the top ten but uh...it doesn't seem like. Of course, Good Life came out of no where almost two years after it was released  OneRepublic - Counting Stars http://youtu.be/hT_nvWreIhg (I don't know how to embed videos  )
Redstreak 6,653
Is that Blurred Lines song really good? I haven't heard it yet but it seems to be really popular. Take a moment to think of just flexibility, love, and trust~

Interscope abandoned that album for no reason like they did Halcyon. They didn't even give the lead single a chance either. . Is that Blurred Lines song really good? I haven't heard it yet but it seems to be really popular. It belongs no where near the top 40.
BROSEIDON 1,214
If you've been tracked OneRepublic over the years you can notice that there singles usually take a long time to grow. However with this album things don't seem to be going how they used to. But I'll wait it out and hope it's ultimately a success

However with this album things don't seem to be going how they used to. But I'll wait it out and hope it's ultimately a successIt's because Interscope stopped backing the album. They cut If I Lose Myself from radio for no reason while it was still growing and likely won't release anymore singles in the US. The album itself is fine. nick4bty 2,758
I don't understand why Interscope randomly pulls singles from radio. Even if they're underperforming, what's the point of pulling them? Just let them be and see where they go.

They easily could have invested some more money into promoting it, but instead they chose to pull it while it was still getting positive updates. It makes absolutely no sense. I like it now but it's definitely a huge grower. The first time I heard it I was like "eww no what sort of abomination to music is this". It's grown on me now though and it's just amazing! It's very R&B though so if you have no interest in the genre you won't like it. It's very fresh though.
