I don't understand how people don't think this song is real  We've gotten so much evidence that it exists and that she filmed a video for it, but I still see a lot of monsters insisting that it's all fake. Y'all won't believe this, but you'll believe Neon Lights?

Well the snippet in which you hear the lyrics of the merch came out after the merch drop. So it could be an extended AI vid of the video that came out a day before. But why would she already have merch when she doenst perform the song till a later date?

It first was part of a tiktok which featured like 6/7seconds posted the day before the merch drop. The day of the merch drop/the day after, an extended vid came out, without the tiktokers face in the screen. In this vid which was like 15 seconds long, the lyrics of the merch could be heard, and the original vid was cut so it started after those lyrics. So it is possible the original vid was taken and extended when we already knew the lyrics. It is quite suspicious that a 15 sec vid leak would include the lyrics of the merch exactly, instead of any other part of the song

Exactly, this fanbase doesn’t even make sense  people have believed in improbable things before and now they choose not to believe in the existence of a song that was registered with BMI, ASCAP and ISWC. I understand the doubt about it being released or not, but you can't doubt its existence

Hard to tell from a snippet that’s 7 seconds long and not knowing what you like but in terms of vocals, production and rhythm, it reminds me of Kill For Love’s chorus but even catchier. It doesn’t sound like an half-assed generic song, it’s a powerful dance song. But once again, it’s just a snippet. As far as we know, it *could* be a piano ballad that just ends with a dance outro.
