My best advice to you is to scour Ebay, my buddy on gagafrontrow snagged some rare-as-heck promo stands, and they have been popping up sporadically since then. I actually have seen some of these myself!! I just really hate to pay sooo much when it's just there right in front of me you know! Basically I went in and talked to a really nice woman and smelled the perfume at a really unpopular Belks. She gave me the number and extension for the manager and told me to call and ask Monday. Well basically this manager sad that awhile back they had a lot of Bieber promo and so many people wanted it that they decided to just give it to no one. Like what the heck?!?!! You would rather jut throw it away!!!! I mean they could have made it fun, had a little contest! So anyway she ended saying and I quote, "You can just go on Gaga.com and get this stuff." So obviously she was now just trying to get me off the phone by making up stuff! Very frustrating. I have some pictures at least. Plus I have maybe over 20 sample cards, because I always pick up as many as I can whenever I'm in a store that has them. Just the little white ones tho, I haven't seen any others unfortunately. I went all the way up to the 3rd floor of macy's to their executive offices and STILL got the same damn answer.
