She is wearing a long dress with most of her arms and legs covered, Taylor is standing in front of her almost the entire time and, its a low quality video. Yea it looks like she lost some weight based on the shot of her silohette, but you really can't tell what she looks like. The arm looks positively tiny though... I think she works hard for it though. I think she is an endomorph (most women are). This basically means you are not naturally skinny or naturally muscular.
