Probably because I'm Latino, therefore I got the whole movie, I understood what the characters went through... It just shows a bit of what Latinos go through while living in the US! The superstitions... well, you know in the Latino community there's a lot of santeria (Which is something I rather not get involved with), so they touch that topic a couple of times...
