It looks like a still from a music video or a video preview for promo, that will start the ARTPOP era. It's not the first time Gaga and/or her team reverse an image. Remember the Alejandro teaser? She did reverse the scene where she was on the bed dressed as a nun. 0:19: Obviously she wants to give us more info, but maybe the label is not letting her. Waiting for the correct timing to release the lead single, I guess. The fact that she did this exact same thing before - makes it seem more plausible that it's a still from the next music video. If the person to the right was blonde then their hair would appear at least a tad bit lighter in the picture like Gaga's does. The only part of the driver's hair that is lighter in the picture is the part of their illuminated by the sun, so they must have dark hair. Thats not Tara or Lacee.
