Not completely. Several concerts in different countries were cancelled. He was denied entry to the UK leading to another cancelled festival. And apparently he's been banned from several other countries. I read about issues in Poland, France, Italy, Russia as a few examples.

I was talking specifically about the US since that's where the venues that opposed Macklemore are situated, I don't recall him having issues touring there

Kanye was banned until he issued a public apology. In 2024, he was already complaining that he was only allowed to book one arena. major promoters Live Nation and AEG didn't want to work with him.
