What she didn’t isn’t really the same as using AI to generate a song from scratch. She used an AI-driven plugin to create drum loops out of multiple tracks. There’s at least creativity involved in that application

you know what, no, i'm not done bitching about this.

it took me years to teach myself graphic design in photoshop and i just got good at it.  but not even that's good enough anymore, because whatever i could make and get paid for, generative ai can make in two seconds.  photoshop and illustrator didn't steal sh*t from the artist.  it made the art easier.

i feel like i'm having the same conversation with the same people too

just being absolutely obtuse and ignorant for no reason

you get told that factually, AI steals and destroys the environment and all i hear back is "but what about photoshop?"

what about it? where exactly is photoshop itself stealing outside of user control?
