The way I have never heard a single song by any of these artists. Not Gracie Abrams, Ella Langley, Sombr and now this person. It really feels like the concept of a real popstar died in the 2000s and the whole “industry plant” narrative which wasn’t a real thing has actually become a real thing.

Nepo baby is becoming too broad of a term. Nepotism is when your father puts you as CEO of his company, or if a director casts his kids in his movie. Like, the term is just not that good of a description as rich people will always of course have huge advantages and will be able to buy their success or have a network ready at any art industry. A real nepo baby would be an artist who's the son or daughter of EMI or Interscope's CEO or something.

What I find really strange is that this song is about to be a solo top 3 hit, yet it does not even have 1 milllion views on youtube. The organic interest is really low. 

Clairo is to blame, she is the one who pioneered this form of creating a music career for the children of the rich. You pay money to streaming platforms to appear on a lot of playlists and thats it.
