No, Patrick Leonard co-wrote 6 songs on ROL (Frozen, Sky Fits Heaven, The Power of Goodbye, To Have and Not to Hold, Skin, and Nothing Really Matters).

Some songs on Confessions II feel more like they belong to Ray of Light II like Fragile, Betrayal or L.E.S. Girl. Maybe we are up for another II-album?

Given we already got Veronica Electronica I'm inclined to think these aren't being used so he's able to talk about them.

The 30th anniversary is in February 2028, so maybe they are doing something (again) for this album, since it is considered on of her best.

That'd be nice to hear some day, hopefully for the anniversary. William Orbit approached Madonna for Ray of Light 2 not long ago apparently and she ended up getting together with Stuart Price instead. Not sure they're still in good terms to work together again.

Don't really agree with your list, I think One Step Away and The Test are much more ROL-coded than the tracks you've mentioned. Not that it matters. But it's interesting how you can find traces of a lot of her previous records on Confessions II.

Fragile had some Frozen vibes when I first listened to it, that's why I put it here. 

There are also some Confessions remarks, like the ending of I Feel So Free sounds like Future Lovers and when Bizarre ends I often think that How High might start afterwards. 

All in one this is really a great album!
