She can’t because she played the actress that played The Original Witch. The “real” one is played by a different actor. If she does make a cameo, it’ll have to be either as the ghost of The Countess, or a brand new character.

Who knows a lot of returns have not been announced or discovered yet. Gaga's is totally free lately she could have filmed her part easily without us knowing
