But Gaga is defo more trendy. In my peace era.

At this point people really need to acknowledge she is not MPG anymore. This is a khia territory. And not like she hasn't been getting too many chances to prove she isn't anyway Is she still biggest capitol artist?

I'd argue they're probably a more profitable act for the label these days compared to Katy. But rock/metal is a smaller genre popularity wise The gays know how to party
RenegAde 20,520
Just watched the video and I really like the scene of her walking through the city in the black suit and breathing fire. I actually felt something. That could have literally been the entire video. Edited June 27 by RenegAde

Gaga obviously is in her own league. Anyway, even though I do not appreciate Katy on so many levels, she has had a massive global impact, including on the popart scene. Although her popart may not be revollutionary, it has deeply influenced popculture as it is

warhol killah 9,123
I truly think that her (and mostly her fans) always hyping up her "comeback" kinda ruined the momentum when it does come. I don't think people / the general public is that interested with what she has the offer (especially after 143) anymore. I honestly think that she should go on a long hiatus and really let the public miss her if she wants to have a great comeback. Her old catalogue is doing well, such a shame that she cannot do that with any of her releases this decade. a GAGA sound fanatic ✴ graphic design
OMF 3,649
While I feel bad sometimes for Katy, the downward career spiral and online hate, this song and MV was so bad. So bad. Sorry Katy but can’t see you crawling out of the hole you dug for yourself. Take a long break please Edited June 27 by OMF

To go from a global phenomenon, to singles not even charting so quickly! Her success came mostly from her constant radio play. Back in late 00s, people were still listening to radio and rarely streamed. Nowadays, people mostly stream and rarely listen to radio.
