I'm not 100% on the details but from the top of my head this was from their very early years, maybe even before fame? (at least before Lana achieved mainstream success) Anyways, Gaga started to take off and essentially this song stemmed from Lana feeling envious since they were both around or within the same areas prior to becoming famous and Gaga was recognized sooner than she was.
