A corporation being treated as a person from a judicial perspective is one thing. Viewing it as a full person with all the rights of a physical individual is another. This has been attempted before, and it didn't end well. One of the main reasons for that for is misalignd incentives: a corporation has the power to demand rights while keeping its obligations at bay. For example, they could vote but can't be arrested; they could vote but would wield far greater political influence than the average physical voter; and with that power, they can (also through voting) help in diminishing the rights of workers, which are physical voters, among many other issues.
