AVeryGagaHolyDick 31,534
Yes! It's probably my least favorite BUT truthfully it just needs a couple changes to be a really great record. Just reworked lyrics, melodies, vocals and production

steven 6,526
I love Chromatica, I love how cohesive it sounds, the 3 interludes are something unique that had never done before in her discography. I do agree to some extent that the production is not her best, but I feel like it's the only one album of hers I can listen to without skipping any songs. Controversiaga 15,675
Alice 911 replay and enigma are better than some of the songs on mayhem Pronounced like “Balenciaga” . Emphasis on the “Ga”
Anderson123 42,404
It's a good and fun pop album but for Gaga's standards and for someone who made The Fame Monster and Born This Way, it's obviously a downgrade but she still made it as great as she could for us because she wasn't at her best.

Most of the songs sound the same and blend together and the lyrics are some of her worst I mean "I feel like i'm in a prison hell, stick my hands through the steel bars and yell" and "I'm bouncing off the walls, I'm not your plastic doll"(and the rest of that song), really?. Even the "best" songs like Alice, Replay, Rain On Me, Enigma, 911 and Free Woman are subpar at best and Alice not having a bridge makes that song feel incomplete and none of those songs live up to her past work/singles at all. Stupid Love is also awful and was a terrible single choice and the cheap video does not help at all. It sounds like shopping mall music and the vocals also sound phoned in on most of the songs. It was quite clear that Gaga did not want to make it and throughout the whole era she seemed like a parody of what she once was/used to be. those lyrics actually describe something though, I could argue lyrics like "tap on my vein suck on my diamond blood, choke on the fame and hope it gets you high" are managerial and stilted attempts at signalling "this is kooky gaga!" but they don't really describe anything solid. the plastic doll lyrics are a strong metaphor that's simple and focused
