To generate our list of the top 100 vocalists of all time, we polled over 50 musicians. After we assembled the surveys into the spine of the list, our staff chimed in with more picks, mostly historical, to round things out. The final ranking is a curated perspective on the hundreds of names that were nominated.

Gaga could release a metal or opera album and she still wouldn’t be on these dumb ass click bait lists. What she did with Cheek to Cheek alone proves she’s one of the best vocalists today and everyone knows it. For some weird reason, they’re just afraid of giving Gaga her deserved flowers.
