CAPRISONGS 1,649 Posted 5 hours ago Share Posted 5 hours ago I recently listened to this album again for the first time in YEARS.... like since 2012/2013 and even though the production is very 2010's I think this album is full of great tracks that were so underappreciated at the time and still now... songs like Liberty Walk, Who Own's My Heart, Every Rose Has It's Thorns, Two More Lonely People, Permanent December (which is so charli xcx coded tbh), Robot and ofc the title track - Can't Be Tamed - are absolute BOPSSSSS which mostly went underappreciated due to how the media & the GP treated Miley's transition from disney to adulthood. It's crazy to think it was so serious back then, when few years later, smoking substances is just so normalized now. People are more educated about it. It happened to Britney, Xtina, Robyn, etc. I'm not surprised that it happened to Miley too.
