Monet 968
I was expecting songs like "brutal" and "all-american bitch". Olivia's rock songs is the reason i became a fan.

This is way more melodic than anything Taylor has put out in a minute for those making the comparison Please. This has nothing on the fate of ophelia or Wish list, songs with actual strong melodies

DelusionalGaga 29,707
This song is pretty good but in an album track kinda way. Doesn't feel like lead single material
andy232000 12,927
I’m honestly shocked at people’s reactions. Twitter is a **** show because Sabrina’s and Taylor’s fans are hating on it real loud. I came in here and the reception is still more positive leaning. I get the Chappell comparisons, and it makes sense since both have Dan Nigro as their producer, but to say this isn’t an evolution for Olivia is downright not true? This is a lot more dreamy synth pop. The closes she’s done to this is Deja Vu, and that song is still a lot more contained that Drop Dead. Everything else is pop rock leaning, so I for once can detect some evolution in here
StarstruckIllusion 53,439
Genuinely surprised at how much I love this ooh. She’s been so hit and miss for me but this is one of her best songs right here ouu 1
LUST FOR GAGA 86
not a fan of this. it's everything about Olivia Rodrigo's music that I don't like and none of the elements that I like about her. Also really unmemorable and doesn't sound like single material

bujibu 463
For those complaining that she sounds too similar to other artists: - Dan Nigro, Chappell's producer, produced drop dead. - Phoebe Bridgers confirmed she co-wrote at least 2 songs on the album with Olivia. All artists share producers; Sabrina had Jack Antonoff on her last album. May I suggest, idk, reading for some of you?

She has a pretty face yes, but the music is rarely remarkable. she's stuck with the Dan Nigro whimsical rock production genre
