Gays can be some of the most toxic and misogynistic people out there regarding female pop stars. Gay culture tends to have an unhealthy fixation with sex, looks and status. Such an obsession with the superficial is destructive to a person's mental health and most of the gay friends I have are more or less removed from those aspects of the community that I despise and have experienced positive benefits in their lives as a result.
