I really don’t like the guy, but it turns out it was just a fun brief moment in the middle of his setlist where the fans could decide what they wanted to hear.

I think it’s actually really cool and interactive for the fans. Especially since it’s just a segment in the middle of his show, not his entire show.

'fun brief moment' - it was 25 minutes and the rest of his set was just him walking, sitting or standing on the stage

Excuse me? There’s a reason many maximalist aesthetics and styles are getting resurrected (gyaru, fruitger, punk…). Clean girls are just trend hopers. 

That said, why do you think Kim K’s house is described as boring and millennial? Why do you think millennial grey is a thing? Why logos and tech started to get more and more simplistic and flat, when most millennials started to get jobs?

It’s not a generational thing, the world has become more minimalist, but millennials enabled it.
