Depends on the number of songs. I’ll take a 10/11-song album that is 40 mins. In her case, the fact every song in Sexistential is, on average, 3:33 minutes, is kind of cvnty.

My fav Gaga album besides Mayhem and BTW (they are all kinda tied for me now) is TFM. Its short and sweet but pure quality and I think its great the way it is

Honestly, Gaga's format is not the standard for the pop industry. 
Long albums only became a pop standard in the streaming era because it maximises streams for an album leading to better chart stats.

I think if you have 13-15 songs on an album and if they each run 3-5 minutes, then you can get like a good hour or hour and 15 of an album. I don't know if 13-15 songs is now considered a lot, but that is always around the number of tracks I think should be on an album (But not required lol, some albums tell their story just fine with less or sometimes even more songs than that... as long as the music is good!)
