To each their own lol She was literally suicidal in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. She said she was still depressed until early 2024. I guess seeing the fruits of her work, labor, and art, even if some of it’s not the best she’s created, is still an “explosion,” as she said, to me. I think her work has become so much more textured and informed because of what she’s gone through, and her going through those rough patches and figuring her sh*t out while still achieving success is a testament to her artistic ethos, work ethic, and resilience.
