bowlcutchris 192
I went on a trip to LA last week and refilled the rental car at over $6 a gallon. I was ready to scream, happy to be back home with an electric car (not a tesla) but know groceries are about to get even more expensive 🙃
Helxig 45,337
In NZ it's curently the equivalent of $6.50 USD per gallon and it's barely started going up. We've always had higher prices than the US but now it's actually insane I get so angry when I think about how the US voters and US president's actions have affected us so badly. Not our politics, not our war, but it's our problem. MAGA cunts can go to hell Edited March 23 by hELXIG I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin. 1 1 1 1

I literally want to scream. It’s ridiculous across the west coast. Everything is so damn expensive. And I’m in Seattle, how tf are the gays in LA and the Bay doing???? Are you guys even alive? It makes me so grateful to have an EV. I live in SLU and just charge in Amazon’s garages after hours - the one good thing Amazon has given us 🫠

sarahb 17,188
My fuel tank is small so instead of driving 45 minutes to work and back I've been driving 10 minutes to the highway and catching the bus and tram to work (that takes me about an hour and a half now.) Thank god the state government made transport cost 50 cents a few years ago Do you feel him sir?

julz 8,048
Here in the Philippines, gas stations' LED price displays are not capable of 3 digit prices... so they put on paper tags to add the 1 (diesel here now is like Php 105 and above per liter). Never in my life i imagined we will reach this kind of insane gas prices. And it is just starting.... My worry is we will reach gas rationing, might move to electric cooking, total WFH setup.... All sectors here are affected, public transport, agriculture and fisheries, etc .... crazy 1
