I don't think they actually recorded the full show (it wouldn't have been useful to that authorized compagny, and maybe Gaga's staff wouldn't have even allowed it; I mean, artists or managers often don't want a leaked recording of the entire show). That's just an idea, but I want hoping for a full show. It won't come from Gaga; I imagine she never officially recorded the entire show. So external sources are the best option (fans; concert hall engineers; authorized press; sound engineers dedicated to the show's studio soundboard).
