Re Gaga & COVID: Does Anyone Ever Wonder

so during promo for TCB film, gaga said she did a few shows with COVID. has anyone else ever wondered which shows? i’ve been watching tonssss of TCB videos on YT lately, and i have a theory, but i’m curious as to if anyone else is ridiculous enough to think about these things?

 

side note: i truly still think TCB is one of her best tours. up there with TMB, TBTWB, and TMB for me. i actually prefer it to TMB, even though i think TMB is her most cohesive and fully realized tour ever

I'm sure people have speculated one of the London shows was on that list, or it may have been from that show onwards she was ill for a period.

There were some dates of the tour where her vocals sounded more strained than others, such as during a few of the August shows.

my guess is toronto, dc, and nyc. i remember thinking she didn’t sound as good at my nyc show as my other show later in the tour. and if you watch videos of toronto, she’s doing wayyyy less yelling, acting, etcetera

I was at the DC show and was kinda sad that she wasn't doing the signature screams when telling us to dance or put our hands up, and she was pretty nasally when just speaking. Nonetheless she sounded great and it was a great show... but in hindsight this makes sense if she did have COVID. Didn't she say it was the last five shows or something? I remember the number five being used when she finally revealed it.

There are tons of monsters reported they got COVID after Dallas show, she probably caused a dozen of deaths in that city.

It’s Texas lol, anti-maskers were rampant here during covid and so many people didn’t take it seriously. I don’t doubt there were people that had covid that still went to concerts maskless.
