Honestly, I'd love more from the Mayhem sessions. Even if its just demos from the industrial tracks she became obsessed with before ultimately walking it back. Mayhem is so interesting so i'm happy to get more of it. 

But like - I just want new gaga pop.

we felt the same about TF and the sound is mostly different on there. So who knows maybe Total Mayhem is in a similar vein of being complimentary but quite different

Born This Way  - Way before we knew the name of this, fans thought she’d call it “The Fame Kingdom” because of the manifesto letter. Then when we got the album fans speculated she’d do a part 2 called “Die This Way”. Nothing official of course, mostly fan made tracklists but no real rumors at all. 

ARTPOP - ARTPOP Act II

Joanne - THIS was supposed to happen during the album cycle after The Cure dropped but she cancelled it. 

Chromatica - MonoChromatica Amazon pre order rumor.

 

It was a dark day convincing people Die This Way for an album (BTW) that was semi directed at suicidal young queer people was a crazy thought

I'd rather a new album entirely than a deluxe with 3 or so tracks which is what deluxe albums tend to be if they are released so far after it was released. Let her focus on promoting and finishing the album cycle of Mayhem, and then some time off before releasing a teaser to whatever is coming next. But of course if Total Mayhem were to come, I would not complain. I always welcome new Gaga music.

I'm here for TOTAL MAYHEM (or whatever it eventually could end up being called) if it's technically LG8, like a follow up album under the same vibes. MAYHEM is by now my favorite album from her, so there's that. On the other hand, I'd "dislike" in a way if it gets released attached to LG7 and an album with 25 tracks on her discography ends up existing. I hate that, but I admit it's just a me thing

I don't remember any rumor for Chromatica but for Joanne, towards the end of the era she suddenly started wearing more dark & dramatic looks so people thought that a darker EP was coming. I remember people calling it "The Joanne Monster"
