Paramount is owned by billionaire's son, who along with his dad, are very close to MAGA leaders. They are also getting blood money backings from Saudi Arabia. And intended to change  WB into conservative brand, including turning CNN into MAGA think pieces. And that is much more harmful than trying to kill cinemas imho.
