Mayhem is the end of Gaga as we know it

She's definitely had a positive shift in her life and her relationship with her Gaga persona, to me this feels like the beginning of her healed and "whole" self. She sounds inspired, happy, she wants to make music and she's having a huge success at it while finally being truly herself (in her words). Which is why she said "**** it" and didn't force herself to a single genre with Mayhem and made Harlequin even though she most likely knew it would be unpopular (not to me but you know). But who cares? She's not afraid of "being Gaga" anymore and she's not afraid of "not being her". To me it feels like she can't wait to do more now that she's happy, but who knows  I hope she does whatever she wants.

My 2 cents is I think people may be overexaggerating how much she'll disappear once she starts a family/gets pregnant/has a child. It's not the 1800s, women can have fully functional professional lives even as mothers.

I 100000% agree. I think she's doing so much for this era because she knows it's going to be her last for at least 5-8 years. she's going to have multiple kids im sure
