Didn't reaaaaally see it that way since most of the big rappers have been predominantly light skinned guys, at least chart wise but on the other side of things a lot of things originated from black culture, country, rock, dance.. idk I personally don't mind the decline of rap cause I honestly never got the appeal of it as I find literal guteral screaming of death metal.
