People should probably be a little more tactful with celebrating the decline of a black dominated genre of music and the erasure of black culture and black voices from the charts as they are replaced by a rise in white MAGA country artists.

Even though I'm not a fan of rap music, this feels .... a little bit too obviously linked to the rise of racism and the far right.

Didn't reaaaaally see it that way since most of the big rappers have been predominantly light skinned guys, at least chart wise   but on the other side of things a lot of things originated from black culture, country, rock, dance.. idk I personally don't mind the decline of rap cause I honestly never got the appeal of it as I find literal guteral screaming of death metal.
