They probably already felt screwed over by the resale price just to have their tickets taken away. Just give them the difference between what they paid and face value as a partial refund and let them keep the tickets.

They’re only canceling tickets bought through a reseller like StubHub or seatgeek if they claim the original buyer (scalper) violated their policies.

this is a shitty thing to do, it punishes the fans who bought tickets more than the scalpers.

this is a chitty thing to do, it punishes the fangs who bought tickets more than the scalpers. 

that's what i'm trying make sense of, cus how is a fan meant to know to difference between scalper and genuine reseller? it really feels like punishing innocent fans who didn't know better and do the scalpers keep the money from that transaction or can it be reversed as a refund? are the scalpers even learning a lesson from this?

I bought VIP for Miami but I'm about to buy resale for LA in February

But my point was this lady's out here moving concerts back by 6 months, if fans started losing the tickets they already paid for 'cause someone else did something immoral, I would riot

This is honestly the worst way to go about it lol. You have to get the scalpers *before* they buy the tickets, not after they’ve sold them 🪦 This just resulted in fans getting their tickets voided.

It is **** for the fans effected, but if it happens enough it will disrupt the scalper market and that will bring prices and sale day chaos down
